All classes are donation-based, sliding scale.
All levels are welcome at every class.

Join us as the ShambhavAnanda Sangha (spiritual community) gathers for an evening of chanting, meditation and satsang (Q&A).
All newcomers, whatever their previous meditation experience, will attend a special welcome class at 6:15 pm, so please arrive early if it is your first time.
Please no shorts, sweat pants, jeans, or sweat suits. The color orange is traditionally reserved for teachers to wear only. Learn more about our temple etiquette.

Using mantra repetition, books/media, meditation, and participant discussion, we explore topics like: racial and economic equity, religious equity, safer gun legislation, and much more.

A beautiful and grounding practice that is sure to release the tensions of the day and nourish your evening.
Spanda Karikas
7:00 – 8:00 pm
We’ll explore and draw inspiration from the ancient text ‘Spanda-Karikas’. This is a cherished text in the Kashmir Shaivism philosophical tradition.
The class will be part philosophy and part mantra & meditation practice. We’ll use as a guide the book by Jaideva Singh, available on Amazon.
Led by Arjun, an experienced ashram philosophy teacher.

FREE Friday Hatha Yoga

A 60-minute hatha yoga designed to open the heart. Allow your breath to blossom with each gesture. Build strength in your upper body. Breathe deep, work with intention, and open the mind. Allow the beauty of your heart to unfold and guide the way!

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa flow yoga is a flowing style of asana practice in which poses transition smoothly with the breath. We’ll work to find a playful flow while letting go of the mind.
10:30 am – 12 pm
In-person
Bring the entire family for a morning of yoga, meditation, art, and lots of fun.
Children under 5 must be accompanied by a parent during the kids activities.
Parents can join the kids or attend Meditation with Swami Rudrani Ma 10:30 – 11:30 am and Satsang (Q&A) 11:30 am – 12:00 pm.
$5 – 10 suggested donation per child.
Goddess Meditation Class
6:00 – 6:45 pm
Discover the Goddesses of Hinduism and Tibetan Buddhism in a new light with practitioners who have worked with this connection for years – Swami Rudrani Ma and Faith Stone.
Included in the class will be cultivating Bodhichitta, mantra, guided meditation, dedication prayer and short discussion.
