All classes are donation-based, sliding scale.

All levels are welcome at every class.

Located in South Boulder, Colorado, just outside Eldorado Canyon State Park.

1.   In-Person Classes for those who are fully vaccinated with masks required.

2.   Online Classes you can register to receive the Zoom link 30 minutes prior to class.

3.   Guided Meditations and Kids Yoga Online you can watch online anytime.

PLEASE NOTICE: Our large-gathering in-person programs are “on hold” until February. We will continue our Saturday/Sunday yoga classes (9-10:30am) and Tuesday Evening Meditation (6-7pm) as attendance tends to be much smaller for these programs. 



Community Night – *ON HOLD until February*

Join us as the ShambhavAnanda Sangha (spiritual community) gathers for an evening of chanting, meditation and satsang (Q&A). All newcomers, whatever their previous meditation experience, will attend a special welcome class at 6:15 pm, so please arrive early if it is your first time. Please no shorts, sweat pants, jeans, or sweat suits. The color orange is traditionally reserved for teachers to wear only. Learn more about our temple etiquette.


Evening Meditation

Hatha Yoga

A beautiful and grounding practice that is sure to release the tensions of the day and nourish your evening.

Spanda Karikas

7:00 – 8:00 pm


We’ll explore and draw inspiration from the ancient text ‘Spanda-Karikas’. This is a cherished text in the Kashmir Shaivism philosophical tradition. The class will be part philosophy and part mantra & meditation practice. We’ll use as a guide the book by Jaideva Singh, available on Amazon. Arjun is excited to practice together and delve into the text which focuses on the dynamic aspect of our nature – Spanda.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa flow yoga is a flowing style of asana practice in which poses transition smoothly with the breath. We’ll work to find a playful flow while letting go of the mind.

Family Program*ON HOLD until February*

10:30 am – 12 pm


Bring the entire family for a morning of yoga, meditation, art, music, and lots of fun. Children will enjoy kids yoga, kids meditation, and games. Children under 5 must be accompanied by a parent during the kids activities. Parents can join the kids or attend Meditation with Swami Rudrani Ma 10:30 – 11:30 am and Satsang (Q&A) 11:30 am – 12:00 pm. $5 – 10 suggested donation per family.

Goddess Meditation Class

6:00 – 6:45 pm


Discover the Goddesses of Hinduism and Tibetan Buddhism in a new light with practitioners who have worked with this connection for years – Swami Rudrani Ma and Faith Stone. Included in the class will be cultivating Bodhichitta, mantra, guided meditation, dedication prayer and short discussion.
