Come learn and practice with others this beautiful T’ai Chi Chih practice. This moving meditation consists of 19 easy moves and one pose. The name T’ai Chi Chih means “Knowledge of the Supreme Ultimate” and it is known to bring “Joy through Movement.” As we move together and balance the yin and yang chi within the body we become centered and grounded. Thus it is easier to sit for meditation and also to stay present during these busy times. The practice can be done seated or standing so everyone is welcome. I hope to see you there – Bring a friend….. All are welcome.
