Learn yoga and meditation for inner growth in our new class series starting next week!
Get in touch with yourself! Using breath work, physical postures, and meditation practices, we will explore accessible yogic ideas that can give us a deeper understanding of ourselves and how we interact with the world. Pairing slow, intentional movement with an inward focus, and practicing ancient meditation techniques, we can begin to become aware of our ideas and patterns and how to work with them in a way that can bring about physical, mental, and more subtle transformation. Each class is intended to be accessible for various levels of physical ability and yoga and meditation experience. Attend yoga, meditation, or both! Join us for public kirtan nights the final Friday of every month! Kirtan will begin at 7:15pm after our Friday evening yoga class in the Lotus Dome.
Kirtan is the practice of singing or chanting Sanskrit mantras, set to music. Often in a call and response style, group kirtan is perfect for those who aren't familiar with the words or who are self-conscious about singing. Sit and enjoy the vibration of the music and join in on the singing if you'd like!
